How to Cancel

To cancel a service, contact us at admin@INFINITELOOPCREATIONS.COM or +1 (240) 391-9936. Please include:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • The service you booked.
  • The reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Timeframe

  • More than 24 Hours Before Start: You may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund.
  • Less than 24 Hours Before Start: A cancellation fee of 20%–50% will apply.
  • After Work Has Started: No refunds will be issued for services already in progress.

 Refunds

  • If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for services partially completed.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before the start time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Exceptions

No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed:

  • For digital products (e.g., beats) after they have been downloaded.
  • For services that have been completed as agreed.
  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
