- Services (Music Production, Video Editing): Refunds may be available if the service is not delivered as agreed in the contract.
- Beats and Digital Products: Refunds are only available if the product is defective or not as described.
Refund Conditions:
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase or service completion.
- You must provide proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots, audio/video files).
- Refunds are not available for:
- Digital downloads after they have been accessed or downloaded.
- Services that have been completed as agreed.
- Changes of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to product or service quality.

For services, partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
